2. Eligibility

Registration for our programs is limited to minors (under 18 years of age) whose parent or legal guardian completes the registration process. Parents/guardians must be 18 or older and are responsible for all actions taken on behalf of their child.

3. Program Registration

All registration is subject to availability and is not confirmed until payment is processed and a confirmation email is sent. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session or program due to unforeseen circumstances.

Registration Includes:

  • Completion of the online form

  • Full or partial payment as applicable

  • Agreement to LDSA’s liability waiver and medical consent (if required)

4. Payment and Refund Policy:

All program fees are collected securely through our website at the time of booking. We accept multiple payment methods to provide convenience for our families, including:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay / Android Pay

  • Affirm (Installment payments)

  • Klarna (Buy now, pay later)

Your registration is not considered confirmed until payment is successfully completed and a confirmation email is received.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are granted only in the event of program cancellation by LDSA or in documented medical situations preventing participation.

  • Missed sessions due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or non-medical absences are non-refundable.

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: littledreamerssocceracademy@gmail.com

We reserve the right to assess each request on a case-by-case basis. Payment disputes or chargebacks without prior communication may result in removal from current or future programs.

5. User Conduct

Users of our website agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information during registration

  • Attempt to access secure areas without authorization

  • Use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or servers

Violation of these terms may result in denial of access to our services and/or legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, videos, images, and designs is the property of Little Dreamers Soccer Academy and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission.

7. Photography & Media Consent

By registering a child, you grant LDSA permission to use photographs and video recordings of your child for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, you must email us in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Dreamers Soccer Academy and its staff are not liable for:

  • Any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during participation in academy programs

  • Errors, omissions, or interruptions on the website

  • Third-party service failures (e.g., payment platforms, email delivery)

Participation in soccer programs involves physical activity and inherent risks, which all registrants acknowledge and accept.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LDSA, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the site, your child’s participation in our programs, or any violation of these Terms.
