Refund Policy

At Little Dreamers Soccer Academy (LDSA), we strive to offer high-quality training programs and a smooth registration process. Because spots are limited and our planning depends on confirmed enrollments, we maintain the following refund policy:

Eligible Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Program Cancellation by LDSA

    • Full refund will be issued if a program is cancelled by the academy due to low enrollment, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Medical Withdrawal

    • A partial or full refund may be issued if a player is unable to participate due to a documented medical condition or injury. A physician’s note must be provided.

  3. Relocation or Family Emergency

    • Requests due to major life changes (e.g., moving out of the area) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Missed sessions or absences due to personal scheduling conflicts, vacations, or no-shows.

  • Withdrawal after a program has started.

  • Dissatisfaction with coaching style, team placement, or weather-related cancellations (make-up sessions may be offered when possible).

  • Failure to submit required forms, documents, or payment details on time.

Payment Disputes

Chargebacks or disputes submitted to your payment provider without contacting LDSA first may result in immediate removal from the program and/or denial of future registration.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Please include the following:

  • Participant’s name and program enrolled

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Supporting documentation (if medical or emergency-related)

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process if approved.
